    • Bob Anderson retired from the U.S. Air Force Reserve as a Chief Master Sergeant in 2006 with over 32 years of service. His last mission was a six month tour of duty in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. While there, he served as the Chief Enlisted Manager of the 732d Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron. He was responsible for two law enforcement detachments and 32 military working dog teams. His 221 person squadron was scattered among 21 different locations throughout Iraq. While there, he traveled over 6000 miles in country in support of his troops.


    • Bob’s military career has many highlights, including holding various positions, the most recent include the honor of serving as the Command Chief Master Sergeant of the 147th Fighting Wing at Ellington Field, Texas Air National Guard; as well as the Security Force Manager of the 917th Security Forces Squadron, Barksdale AFB, Louisiana. He received numerous awards and citations including the Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal/ 3 devices, Air Force Commendation/1 device, Air Force Achievement Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal and the Iraqi Freedom Medal.


    • Bob is the founder of What Are We Fighting For?™, an organization focused on re-Americanizing America. He is also president of Back To Basics International, a professional speaking and training organization focusing on excellence and accountability.


    • Bob is also a published author and holds two Ph.D.’s. He is on the board of directors of the World Safety Organization, and a member of multiple associations including the National Speakers Association, Air Force Security Police Association, Air Force Sergeants Association, Air Force Association, American Legion and Veteran’s of Foreign Wars (VFW). He’s a qualified rappel master and holds a 2nd degree black belt in karate. Bob and his wife Pamela currently reside in Texas.
